This is self-catered accommodation and kitchens are equipped with the following items:
- Four-ring electric cooker with oven and grill

- Dish drainer and pail
- Sweeping brush, mop and shovel
- Ironing board (no iron)

Communal facilities and services

Cleaning and housekeeping
- Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean and tidy
- Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas
- It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the communal areas clean (kitchen, shared shower/bathrooms & hallways)
- Staff will visit your flat occasionally to assist you in keeping communal areas clean
- It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the Common Room, Laundry and other communal areas of the building clean and tidy
- Staff will attend regularly to clean Common Room, Laundry, stairwells and lifts (where applicable)
- Please note that all our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.
