Communal facilities
Each single bedroom and studio has its own en-suite shower, sink and toilet. Twin rooms share bathroom facilities.
There is a common room in the Residence Hall, with a seating area, pool table, table tennis table and TV.
Additionally, there are 4 private bookable music practice rooms containing a full drum kit and a baby grand piano, and a common study room with access to a shared printer.
Shared kitchens are equipped with the following items:
Electric hobs, cooker, oven and grill.

Fridge/Freezer
Vacuum cleaner
Basin
Dish drainer and pail
Sweeping brush, mop and shovel
Ironing board (no iron)

Staff will visit your flat weekly and assist you in keeping common areas clean (kitchens, bathrooms, halls and stairs).
We will visit en-suite shower rooms fortnightly to assist in cleaning these areas.
Residents should clear excess rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas. They are also responsible for keeping their own bedrooms clean.
There is no cleaning in studio apartments.
