All study bedrooms are equipped with the following furniture:

Studios have the additional furnishings that consist of:
- Small double bed for studios instead of standard single bed

- Each single bedroom & studio has its own en-suite (private) shower room; twins share bathroom facilities.

This is self-catered accommodation and kitchens are equipped with the following items:

Communal facilities and services
- Students have access to on-site cashless-operated laundry facilities.
- There is a common room in the Residence Hall, which is equipped with a seating area, pool table, table tennis table and TV facilities.
- Additionally, there are 4 private bookable music practice rooms containing a full drum kit and a baby grand piano, and a common study room with access to a shared printer.
Cleaning and housekeeping
- Staff will visit your flat weekly and assist you in keeping common areas clean (kitchens, bathrooms, halls and stairs).
- We will visit en-suite shower rooms fortnightly to assist in cleaning these areas.
- Residents should clear excess rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas, they are also responsible for keeping their own bedrooms clean.
- There is no cleaning in studio apartments.
- Please note that all our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.
