Bathrooms
Each bedroom at Holland House has an en-suite (private) bathroom comprising shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Communal facilities and services
Common Rooms
There is a large common room at Holland House which is furnished with soft seating, tables and TV.
Pantries
The communal pantries have snack preparation areas and are equipped with the following items:
- Iron and ironing board
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Kettle
- The pantries are furnished with sofas.
Cleaning and housekeeping
- Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean & tidy.
- It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the pantry, common room and any other communal areas clean and tidy.
- Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas from bedrooms.
- Staff will visit communal areas regularly to assist you in keeping these areas clean.
- Staff will visit en suite rooms occasionally, to assist in cleaning the en suite area. Residents are responsible for cleaning en suites between staff visits.
Please note that all of our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.

High speed wireless internet is available throughout the property and each bedroom has a data outlet for a wired connection.
