Communal facilities
Each bedroom at Holland House has an en-suite (private) bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
There is a large common room at Holland House with seating, tables and a TV.
The communal pantries have snack preparation areas and are equipped with the following items:
Iron and ironing board
Fridge
Microwave
Toaster
Kettle
The pantries are furnished with sofas.
Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean and tidy.
It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the pantry, common room and any other communal areas clean and tidy.
Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas.
Staff will visit communal areas regularly to assist you in keeping these areas clean.
Staff will visit en-suite rooms occasionally to assist in cleaning the en-suite area. Residents are responsible for cleaning en suites between staff visits.
