Holland Annexe

Furnishings 

All study bedrooms are equipped with the following furniture: 

  • Standard single bed 
  • Small chest of drawers (with one lockable drawer)
  • Desk and study chair 
  • Easy chair
  • Set of bookshelves 
  • Wardrobe 
  • Wall mounted pinboard
  • Internet and telephone provision

Bedding 

  • Bedding is NOT included in your rent. 

Bathrooms 

  • Bathrooms - are newly refurbished and there are 7 shower rooms with WC, 1 shower room and 1 WC.

Kitchen/living areas 

This is self-catered accommodation and kitchens are equipped with the following items: 

  • Four-ring electric cooker with oven and grill 
  • Microwave 
  • Chopping board 
  • Kettle 
  • Fridge/Freezer 
  • Vacuum cleaner 
  • Basin 
  • Dish drainer and pail 
  • Sweeping brush, mop and shovel 
  • Ironing board (no iron) 
  • Crockery and cutlery are not provided
  • Pots, pans and frying pans are not provided

Communal facilities and services 

  • The kitchens are furnished with dining table and chairs, sofas and TV/DVD player.
  • Holland Annexe has access to communal, pay as you go, laundry facilities.

Cleaning and housekeeping 

  • It is your responsibility to keep your bedroom including wash hand basin clean & tidy.
  • It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the kitchen, common room and any other communal areas clean and tidy.
  • Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas from bedrooms.
  • Staff will visit communal areas regularly to assist you in keeping these areas clean.
  • Please note that all of our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.

Utilities 

All utility bills included - there is an average allowance of electricity but overuse can result in additional charges.

Internet 

High speed wireless internet is available throughout the property and each bedroom has a data outlet for a wired connection.
