Gilmore Place comprises of the refurbishment of the original St Joseph’s House and the new build of three blocks arranged around a central courtyard to provide a mix of cluster and studio rooms. Situated close to the meadows, Gilmore Place is an ideal location. Gilmore Place has 217 single, en-suite bedrooms with each flat containing between six to ten bedrooms. There are also 13 self-contained studio apartments.
