Communal facilities
All rooms are en-suite and have a private shower, toiet and sink.
There is a common room, music rooms and cinema room accessible to all students, as well as seating areas and study space.
Kitchens are equipped with the following items:

Fridge/Freezer
Vacuum cleaner
Breakfast bar and stools
Sofa/s and coffee table
40" flat screen TV (TV Licence not included)
Dust pan & brush, mop and bucket
Ironing board
Kettle
Crockery and cutlery are not provided. Pots, pans and frying pans are not provided.
Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean and tidy.
Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas.
It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the communal areas clean (kitchen, shared shower/bathrooms & hallways).
Staff will visit your flat occasionally to assist you in keeping communal areas clean.
