Communal facilities and services
- There is a common room in building 142, accessible by all students, this is equipped with seating areas, games table and TV/DVD player.
Cleaning and housekeeping
- Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom and ensuite clean and tidy
- Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas
- It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the communal areas clean (kitchen & hallways)
- Staff will visit your flat occasionally to assist you in keeping communal areas clean
- It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the Common Room, Laundry and other communal areas of the building clean and tidy
- Please note that all our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.
Utilities
All utility bills included - there is an average allowance of electricity but overuse can result in additional charges.
