There is a common room equipped with a seating area, games equipment and TV.

Vacuum cleaner
Basin
Dish drainer and pail
Sweeping brush, mop and shovel
Ironing board (no iron)
Crockery and cutlery are not provided. Pots, pans and frying pans are not provided.
Residents are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean and tidy.
Residents should clear rubbish and remove all recycling to the designated areas.
It is the joint responsibility of all residents to keep the communal areas clean (kitchen, shared shower/bathrooms and hallways).
Staff will visit your flat occasionally to assist you in keeping communal areas clean.
