When you arrive in Edinburgh, there are a few things you need to know about checking in to your University accommodation.
Our Response Team is here to make sure you feel safe during your time living with us. Based in the main Reception Centre at Pollock Halls, the team is available for security and support 24/7.

If you need support with anything building-related while living with us, our Property Team is always on hand to take care of maintenance, keep communal areas clean, and respond to repair requests. You can visit them at your nearest site office. Find out more about repair requests in our FAQs.
