We offer support both to new students and also those returning to our accommodation for a second or subsequent year. The mechanisms through which support is delivered vary slightly from one type of accommodation to another.

Current Students
Security and Emergency Support
Our Community Support Team aim to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment for all students, staff and visitors. They are available to assist with all aspects of living in accommodation, including crime prevention, or, should it occur, the reporting of a crime or incident that takes place on Accommodation, Catering and Events premises.

Accommodation Support Form
For any issues, problems or support you need in our accommodation, please use our support form. It provides useful information and will ensure any of your questions are directed to the team who can best answer them.
Advice Place
Edinburgh University Students' Association (EUSA) runs the Advice Place which is the free advisory service for all students at the University of Edinburgh. As part of the Students Association, they are able to offer impartial advice on anything and everything related to student life including private rented accommodation and private student accommodation.
