We offer support both to new students and also those returning to our accommodation for a second or subsequent year. The mechanisms through which support is delivered vary slightly from one type of accommodation to another.

Security and emergency support
Our security staff aim to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment for all students, staff and visitors. They are available to assist with all aspects of living in accommodation, including crime prevention, or, should it occur, the reporting of a crime or incident that takes place on Accommodation, Catering and Events premises.

Edinburgh University Students' Association (EUSA) runs the Advice Place which is the free advisory service for all students at the University of Edinburgh. As part of EUSA, they are able to offer and impartial advice on anything and everything related to University life including accommodation.

If you are not sure who to speak to, or feel you wish to take matters further, talk to your Warden or Accommodation Manager; they will know whom to contact.
If you do not wish to speak to your Warden or Operations Manager, please contact us in writing or by emailing the address given below.
