Brücks Cafe re-opened in 2017 following a full refurbishment to create "Brücks Street Kitchen".

A first for the Kings Buildings site, and part of Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) ongoing commitment to creating exciting catering environments. 

 

Brücks Street Kitchen is a street food concept focusing on an environment which draws on using urban materials on walls and counters along with a focus on global foods to increase both the variety of choices on the College of Science and Engineering campus and reduce similarities to other ACE managed outlets.

In addition to an extensive range of fully ground 100% Arabica coffees and organic fair trade teas, for breakfast choices make your own yoghurt pots, or try Chorizo and potato hash, and for lunch choose a chicken shawarma or spiced falafel flatbread.
